This project located in the center of Guam’s tourist district was located adjacent to the Tumon Sands Plaza which has multiple high end designer brand stores. AIC’s scope on the project included all site civil work, foundations, structural concrete and Louis Vuitton designer exterior wall cladding. A remote air-conditioning chiller building was also constructed and underground insulated chilled waterlines were installed.
